Terms of Service

Welcome to Insights Academy, operator of the Analyst School platform at insightacad.com. These Terms of Service set forth the terms and conditions under which you may access and use our services, digital content, and physical merchandise. Please read carefully.

1. Services

Our Analyst School offers instructional sessions, webinars, and coaching programs designed to develop skills in market analysis and related disciplines. Details of each offering, including schedules and fees, are provided on insightacad.com.

1.1 Fees and Payment

Fees are payable in advance according to the plan selected. Payment methods accepted are credit card and ACH transfer. Confirmation is issued upon receipt of payment.

1.2 Refunds and Transfers

Unless otherwise stated in the specific service page, you may request a refund up to 7 days before the scheduled start date. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

If you wish to transfer your enrollment to a future session, notify us at least 3 business days before the start date. Transfers are subject to availability. A transfer request made less than 3 business days before will incur a $50 administrative fee.

1.3 No-Refund Services

Certain workshops and intensive seminars with limited seating are non-refundable. This policy is necessary to guarantee resource allocation and venue commitments. You may nominate a substitute attendee by notifying us at least 7 days prior to the event.

2. Digital Content

This section covers e-guides, prerecorded lessons, and downloadable materials.

2.1 License and Access

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the digital content for personal use.

2.2 Refund Policy

Requests for refunds must be made within 14 days of purchase and prior to any download or access. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. After access has been granted, no refunds are available.

3. Physical Merchandise

This includes branded apparel, stationery, and printed textbooks.

3.1 Returns and Replacements

You may return undamaged merchandise within 30 days for a full refund, minus a restocking fee of 10%. Returned items must be in their original packaging. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receipt.

Defective or incorrect items may be replaced at no cost by contacting our support team.
